I loved the resolution to all this. Ziva didn't just get to walk back in- at least not into Tony's life, even if everyone else was willing to cut her some slack. Not only that, but Tony finally found it in himself to go to Gibbs and confront all the stuff between them. I'd say it worked out very well for them both, not to mention Kacia, who I liked even though she was only in the fic briefly.
