This rates as one of the best AUs I have ever read in ANY fandom. I loved it! Really, there's not much I can say that will adequately describe how incredibly well-written this is and how it drew me in, from start to finish. Absolutely fantastic!

One typo I spotted though - it should be "peeling" not "pealing" when describing the wallpaper of 221B. Apart from that tiny thing, everything else was great.
