Well, I have the "Charles is a baby psychic" tag because he is. *squishes FC!Charles* But in this case, it wasn't intended to reflect on the story. HOWEVER, yes, in this fic, since he is so young, his control will not be the same as it is by the time we catch up to them in the sixties. Although he is far from uncontrolled , if that makes any sense.
