This is brilliant and heart-wrenching and timey wimey :D Wonderful; this may be my new headcanon for Amy. I love you putting Lia in, as well and this line:

"Amy has four therapists, and Lia is locked away forever, because she has a best friend named Mels and another named Rory and neither of them can be seen by anyone else"

...is so sinister, somehow. I love it :D
