I know what you mean by the jumble of scenes. That's what my horror AU looks like right now. It still gives my the creeps though. I don't even like horror stories.
The fairy-tale is set just after Jimmy drives his dad's car off of the cliff. It's from Winona's point of view. She tells him a story about how a little boy named Jimmy is captain of the USS Hope, and he has two friends, a Vulcan and a doctor and they have wonderful adventures together. And when the story ends, Jim--who had bruises-- says "Ma? I wasn't hurt in the crash." And she says "I know sweetie," and marches off to beat the shit out of Frank. :D I'm going to get a friend of mine to illustrate it.
