That sounds really really interesting. I don't know what MLIA is, but an inspiration post sounds good. And I'm for all things Gibbs/DiNozzo by default, anyways, so... I vote yes!
Hm, my main problem is that I am just entirely way too busy - even if I did get struck by inspiration, I probably wouldn't have time to write it. (And silly me for trying to write a Big Bang again this year... *facepalms*)
