I'm in Georgia. I wish I could be there so, so much. What they did was a heinous caricature of democracy. I've been following this entire thing online and each step that Walker and his thugs have taken has shaken me with fear. How can we live in a country where this is allowed to happen? How can politicians praise Egypt (but not Libya, no, because that's where we get our oil! Don't want to have those gas prices go up two cents a gallon!) but complete ignore or demean or outright lie about the protests in Wisconsin?
