Vidder's notes: I don't really have anything to add to this one. This is the first project I've competed (and liked) in the Sherlock fandom since I finished When the War Fires Fade, so huzzah! The song is glorious and gritty in all the right ways, and I think it fits the mood of the show perfectly. Charlene Kaye has a beautiful voice, and if you don't know who she is, I suggest you check out her youtube channel and gawk in wonder at her glory.

This is my favorite performance/reading/whatever of this poem. :3 And the fact that it's Charlene Kaye just makes it even better to me, because I am half in love with that woman. :D
